There will be no shipping fee/charge for all the items you send within Pakistan. You will only pay the given price for the gift you will purchase. No Extra charges at All! Please note that orders we receive before 21:00 (Pakistan Standard Time) on weekdays (Monday - Friday) and Saturdays will be shipped on the same day or next day, unless a shipping preference is chosen. Orders that are made after 21:00 PST on Saturday and on Sunday are shipped on the following Monday. Special Holiday charges will be implemented on orders that are placed on Sundays and other events like Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, Independence Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.

Same Day Delivery is only offered in Lahore and is FREE. For all the occasional gifts on which a specific day delivery is needed as per the event, e.g. Eid, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc., please place your order at least 3 days prior to the event in order for us to guarantee the stock availability in such peak seasons. We will try our maximum best to the delivery time & date that you desire.

Kindly, note that the supply of certain kind of flowers may be affected as per seasons. Some flowers (or colors) may not always exist. In some intense cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your the requirements of your order. We, however, try our level best to showcase only flowers that are available, in order to avoid such instances.
In unforeseen circumstances that are beyond human control, the delivery may be delayed.

Important Notes:

1. Please make sure that all the details you have entered, i.e. Name of the recipient, Shipping Address, Contact Number & Delivery Date are correct before you submit your order.
2. Incomplete or incorrect shipping address, wrong phone numbers, detail of Sender and the Recipient may end up in your order being lost or the delivery may be delayed. Kindly, make sure that the information you provide while processing your order is complete and contains no mistakes. MyGiftShop.com.pk will not be responsible for any delay in orders due to incomplete or wrong information.
3. Cakes and Flowers cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes and rural areas (Chacks and Villages).
4. In case, the recipient does not accept the delivery, your item/s will be considered delivered successfully. No Refunds will be provided.

Once your order is processed:

Once your order is successfully processed, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation from MyGiftShop.com.pk, along with your order number and the details of your order. You may reply to this email within 8 hours of processing your order, in case you would like to request any changes in your order. Please reply to the email with changes request immediately, in case you have chosen the “Same Day Delivery”. We will do the necessary changes as per your request.
In case, a problem is faced in regards to your order, we will contact you via e-mail or phone with details of the problem. You will also be sent the phone number to get in touch with our Customer Support Team.
